As 4 apples, told u not to cut it out coz it's good, just reduce the portion per intake. klu biasa wallop 1 whole at 1 go why not take 1/2 at a time. <br /><br />Pusat pemprosesan makanan anda bekerja secara santun & gemalai jadi berikan dia peluang utk m'proses sedikit demi sedikit tapi kerap. reduce portion & increase frequency. Kasihanilah dia...<br /><br />just be prepared in case kena pedih ulu hati - acid reflux later, masa tido prop up d pillow a bit higher. <br /><br />Melantak x hengat phase b'beza mengikut spesis. Yang bertuah, bln ke-3 dah mula, tp the most common masa 2nd trisemester. Sakit buat...wah wah sudah meriah acara sickness ye. Sakit buatan org memang gitu gayanya :P<br /><br />. Just a note : apples and dairy stuffs are 'bloating-agents'(nuts even worse) for some preggy. Ur digestion system is affected by pregnancy, rahim makin m'besar, change of hormon bla bla which u can do nothing about. So option yg tinggal = change of diet (temporary harapnya, lepas ni leh melantak x hengat). Epal bagus tp boleh fermented & produce gas bila lambt digest, same goes to dairy stuffs. Tapi jgn cut out terus dari diet coz both r good food. Minum air byk2 & yes kurma is superb.
