nyummy Ribs & slurrpy Fish Stew

As requested by my dear friend Fiza in Insta long ago about this recipe (sorry fiza, lupa nak post), now you can get the recipe from the link given. I've posted an entry about this mouth-watering ribs a year ago after found the video on youtube. It is a korean -style bbq marinated ribs. Tak pernah cuba pun selama ni sampai la one day incek zaid beli ribs kat halal butcher. So if you favor in bbq-ing why not give it a try? Kalau tade set bbq segala, pakai oven pon boley!

Fish Stew

This is my first attempt for fish stew. In fact, this is my 'own campak-campak' recipe. I've tried lamb stew but never for fish. It turn out to be a brilliant dish (in terms of jimat masa dan kos bahan coz most of the ingredients you can find in the fridge) plus healthy especially during this winter time. ;) Hope kak Nadine will be pleased to see the recipe as it is more detail compared to the one i wrote in instagram.

(Serve 2 orang)
Bahan-bahan:
Fish (aku guna plaice, boleh opt kepada ikan pari atau yang sesuai)
1/2 labu bawang besar & seinci halia (blend)
1/2 labu bawang besar, 2 ulas bawang putih, capsicum dan button mushroom (dipotong dadu)
1 tsp serbuk cili/chilli flake (atau blend cili bersama bahan blend tadi, ini untuk menambah sedikit rasa pedas)
1/2 can of chopped tomatoes
leek
choi sum (sawi)
1 cup apple juice (kalau takde opt kepada air je)
1 tsp mix herbs
sugar,salt and pepper to season


Cara-cara:
Panaskan oven (fan) 180 darjah dan sediakan mangkuk casserole. Panaskan minyak, tumis bwg putih kemudian button mushroom selama 2 mins. Masukkan bahan blend dan tumis sampai naik bau. Masuk serbuk cili dan setengah tin chopped tomatoes. Masukkan bawang dan capsicum yang dipotong dadu, leek dan batang sawi. Masukkan apple juice dan mix herbs. Setelah mendidih sedikit perasakan dengan gula, garam dan pepper. Tutup api. Letakkan ikan dalam mangkuk casserole. Curahkan kuah stew tadi. Masak di dalam oven selama 20-25 mins. 15 mins sebelum masak masukkan pula daun sawi. Hidang bersama spaghetti.




p/s sambil mencuba resepi dan menikmati juadah, ambillah sedikit masa untuk kita mendoakan keselamatan saudara kita di Palestine. Salam maal hijrah dan selamat tahun baru buat semua umat Islam.

haah..ribs kat Wolv mmg terbaek kan?kalau nak pedas2 sikit eta bubuh la chilli ke masa marinate tu.InsyaAllah lepas rindu :)
